All you need to get started is a video-enabled device (such as your laptop or smartphone) and Internet access, and you can easily connect with colleagues, customers and partners across multiple endpoints.
Let’s run through the 5 simple steps to setting up your BlueJeans account and making calls:
Step 1: Log In
Logging into your BlueJeans account is easy, simply navigate to the Log In page and enter your credentials. If you don’t yet have an account, give us a call on 0800 368 7358, or visit our contact page to get set up with support from our experts.
Step 2: Enter A Meeting
Whether you’re scheduling or starting an impromptu meeting, this can be achieved easily through the buttons on the Meetings page in your dashboard.
Step 3: Invite Participants
No matter what hardware your attendees are using, as long as it is a video-enabled device with Internet access, they can easily join your meeting. All invitees receive a URL that simply launches an online meeting within their browser.
Step 4: Choose Your Video Connection
BlueJeans, as previously mentioned, is compatible with almost any video-enabled device with Internet access. It’s also compatible with a range of collaboration tools including Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. All you need to do, is choose which device and video platform you’d like to connect with, and you’re all set!
Step 5: Take Control
During an online meeting, video is automatically sent and received. You can use the interface to take control of your meeting with a range of features, including recording, screen sharing, group chats, layouts, zoom options and much more.
