ClearVC Named Finalist in Two Categories at the AV Awards 2026

We’re incredibly proud to share that ClearVC has been named a finalist in two categories at the AV Awards 2026, with nominations for Integrator of the Year and Corporate Project of the Year.
The double recognition marks a huge moment for the ClearVC team. While our Corporate Project of the Year nomination celebrates the work delivered at Autotrader’s new Manchester headquarters, being shortlisted for Integrator of the Year recognises the wider expertise, commitment and service our team brings to customers and projects every day.
To be recognised as finalists in two categories this year is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Corporate Project of the Year
Our Corporate Project of the Year nomination recognises ClearVC’s work on Autotrader’s new Manchester headquarters, an ambitious workplace project designed to create a connected and consistent technology experience for more than 1,000 colleagues.
Working alongside Autotrader, Oktra and the wider project team, ClearVC designed and delivered the workplace technology across 86 AV-enabled spaces.
The project spans meeting and collaboration environments alongside a multi-purpose auditorium and a striking 24.4-metre curved LED canvas within the reception area.
At the heart of the project was a simple principle: technology should make collaboration easier, not get in the way of it.
Rather than treating individual rooms and spaces as isolated AV installations, the approach focused on creating a connected workplace experience. Employees needed to be able to move between different environments and find technology that felt familiar, intuitive and reliable.
The result is a workplace where AV supports everything from everyday meetings and hybrid collaboration to presentations, events and wider employee engagement.
We’ll be sharing the full Autotrader case study soon, taking a closer look at the technology, design process and thinking behind the project.
Integrator of the Year
Finding out that ClearVC had also been shortlisted for Integrator of the Year made an already brilliant week even more special.
While the Corporate Project of the Year nomination recognises one standout project, Integrator of the Year represents something much broader.
For us, successful AV integration isn’t simply about installing technology.
It starts with understanding what a customer actually needs and designing technology around the people who will use it. From consultation and system design through to project management, installation, training and ongoing support, our focus is on creating solutions that are reliable, intuitive and built for the long term.
That approach reflects ClearVC’s wider mission to deliver innovative, reliable and accessible workplace technology that helps organisations connect, collaborate and grow.
And our involvement doesn’t end when an installation is complete. Our in-house team continues to support customers through ongoing helpdesk support, onsite engineering and proactive AV health visits, helping organisations get long-term value from their technology.
Being shortlisted for Integrator of the Year is a huge moment for ClearVC and a brilliant reflection of the work our team puts in every day.
Two Nominations, One Very Proud Team
Being named a finalist for both Corporate Project of the Year and Integrator of the Year is a brilliant way to recognise the people behind the work.
Every successful project relies on expertise across the business, from the conversations and planning that happen at the very beginning through to technical design, project management, engineering, installation and ongoing customer support.
It also relies on close collaboration with our customers, technology partners, contractors and the wider project teams we work alongside.
We’re incredibly proud of what the ClearVC team continues to achieve and grateful to everyone who has played a part in getting us here.
The winners will be announced at the AV Awards 2026 in London on Friday 6 November.
Until then, we’ll be keeping everything crossed.
Bring on November.
